Strawberry Muffins
I was perusing Gluten Free Goddess’s blog the other day and I came across her recipe for Sour Cream Blueberry Muffins and they looked too delicious to pass up — and I don’t even like blueberries! So, I decided I’d try out her recipe using strawberries instead, and I’m very pleased with the result.
No sense in me copy/pasting her recipe in my blog, so please see Karina’s recipe, and make some of your own straight away! Next I’m trying with raspberries. :)
